My career began at Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI, where I worked in various roles including marketing and sales, material planning and logistics, business planning, and program/project management. After my daughter was born, I took a break from my career, and we relocated to Houston. During this time, I served as the CFO of my husband’s engineering company. In 2011, I made the leap into entrepreneurship by opening a retail specialty toy store franchise, which I successfully operated until I sold it in July 2023. Transitioning to franchise consulting felt like a natural next step for me, as it allowed me to leverage my experience, education, and in-depth knowledge of the industry.
